What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- KBZPay
For the Yangon Region, all payment methods are available. Additional charges may apply depending on your specific location. In other regions, the Cash on Delivery option is currently unavailable.
How is my order processed?
Once your order is placed, our customer service team will:
- Contact you to confirm your order and collect any additional details.
- Process your payment.
- Provide an invoice and terminal express gate voucher to ensure a smooth delivery.
How long does it take to process my order?
- Yangon Region: Orders are processed within 3 days.
- Other Regions and Cities: Orders are processed within 7 days.

Where can I buy Nikoki products apart from the showroom and online platforms?
Nikoki products are available at dealer shops across Myanmar, including urban and rural areas. To find the nearest dealer, contact us with your location, and we will provide recommendations.
What warranty does Nikoki offer?
We offer:
- 1-Year Warranty: Covers all spare parts and service charges.
- Lifetime Service: Free service charges for life.
How is "Nikoki" pronounced?
Nikoki is pronounced as “ni-ko-ki”.
Does Nikoki provide home service?
Yes, we provide home service for customers in the 31 townships of Yangon, excluding Seikkyi Khanoungto and Dala. For more information, please refer to our warranty and service policy.

What is Nikoki’s return policy?
